An Introduction For Airsoft Beginners

This article has been viewed 49 times.

We all know paintball, but Airsoft is another game in the list of the sniper games that causes big attention. The game is similar to paintball – players have automatic electric weapons that are used in different staged battles. These weapons fire plastic pellets through either a spring-loaded ejection system or compressed gas and it can be really interesting if they are used with a certain dose of responsibility.

The battle in Airsoft can be organized on different ways. The basic one is when all the shooters fight for themselves, but also there are games that include more complex scenarios and strategy play, like “hostage rescue” game for example.

When it comes about the types of Airsoft guns, there is a big variety but one that requires special skills is the Airsoft sniper rifle and that’s why a great number of people like to master it.

Most often played Airsoft game is a “team deathmatch” and if you are new in these Airsoft sniper games, here is a simple tutorial that will help you play them.

First you have to gather players and find Airsoft guns. They could be bought but also they could be rented from the place where you will play the game.

Players should be divided into two teams with same number of members. Set a time limit for the game, and if the groups include a bigger number of players, duration should be longer.

If you are playing in an outdoor environment you should set the physical boundaries. This is not your job if you are playing in a field made especially for that purpose.

You determine the time for playing, and now determine a wait time. Wait time is actually the time spent getting into position before the game begins. When it reaches zero, play begins.

The idea of the game is to eliminate the opposite party with shooting on them. Anything is allowed; as long as you stay in your physical boundaries you previously decided on, anything goes. All the players shoot when they think is best, unless there is a referee that should be listened.

The game ends when all of the players on one team have been shot, or when the game clock runs out. In case the time has run out before the game was finished, the group that has more “live” players is the winner.

This game is really easy but very fun and it’s a great way to introduce the Airsoft sniper games.
